I honestly do not think that the law of universality is one of the key ideas that are applicable to astrology. Astrology believes in the energies that emanate from the cosmos and that this, from time to time, aligns. In this way, the energies are in harmony. It is a metaphysical experience that has to do with spiritual beliefs even though it has its official studies.

Universe and universality may sound similar but they do not have any correlation inbetween. Astrology studies have nothing to do with the laws of men.
