    Reagan was able to revive the spirit of the American people. Particularly, he was able to rekindle interest in the Constitution, especially the role of the judiciary in being faithful to the Constitution

    Ronald Reagan was elected as the 40th president of America. He took office at the worst time of American history. He has always had a strong belief in the US constitution which is considered to be one of the oldest constitutions of the world.

    Reagan was able to bring about a change in the American people by creating importance of the Constitution, particularly in the field of judiciary which is the agency which can uphold the Constitution.

    In his inaugural speech he used the term "we the people" which is of great importance in the constitution. He served American people for 8 years with strong faith in the constitution.
