well if its your first time offense then yeah you would most likely get a lesser sentence unless your not sorry for what you did but if you have countless crimes then they will give you a harder sentence which would be life it the case of form

i went to court many times i see that if you have a crime and a background of bad behavior they judge will be harder on you unless your sorry for what you did then your ok but if you really dont care then your sorry for jail
