Should those convicted of violating laws be labeled? Do you feel that this labeling would be an infringement on a person's rights? Why or why not?

I say no because though it is a person's right; s, they are breaking a law, and therefore don't care about the needs of the people or other people's right's. If they really cared about their own rights, why mess with other's? Treat other's how you'd want to be treated.
