Why do you think defining crime is so difficult? Give an example of a situation in which a "crime" might not be considered a crime?

    1. What is crime?

    A crime is a human's action that doesn't respect the laws. Laws are different everywhere though. Some laws are universal, but a lot of them change, from country to country, state to state ... If there is no law, there is no crime, even if the action that was committed seems awful.
