    Explanation:

    When an individual gains employment into an organization, he or she is meant to go through the existing rules and regulations of that said firm and learn to strictly abide by those already set policies. An employee that is under contract can not develop policies to govern work processes of an organization that is not his/hers. Policies governing a work place are developed by the owners/senior management personnel.
