The suspected criminal will be arrested based on the prima facie evidence obtained from the crime site. Arrest of a criminal can be carried out in two ways.

    Explanation:

One way is the law enforcing officer will obtain a proper arrest warrant from the court to initiate the arrest under law and order. The second one is the law enforcement officer makes an inspection on the crime site and establishes the probable cause of the crime and then carry out the arrest of the suspect.

After arrest, the suspect has to be produced before the court and the judge will impose fine or punishment or both as a decree.
