Sadie is committing the crime of disloyalty, false claims, unhealthy association, and an attempt to engage in illegal sales of marijuana. She betrayed Jeremy, who made judicious use of her hard earned money to purchase the property. Visits by odd acquaintances is inimical to the safety and security of Jeremy.

Sales of Marijuana and cannabis is illegal under the federal law, Sadie's plot to engage in this act is illegal.
