    I believe its D but others might disagree. Dilation is scale tool. Zero to infinity. It is a similarity transform. Dilation is a comprehensive design strategy of it's own merit. Dilation is easy to learn and do. Five easy steps. "Divine Proportion" is one dilation of many.
