Where will i see frequency tables often in real life? Like tow examples at least?

Besides statistics, what other math is involved when you make a two-way frequency table?

    Frequency distribution tables give you a snapshot of the data to allow you to find patterns. A quick look at the above frequency distribution table tells you anything u might want to know about a certain subject. For example, a school might create one to compare the days absent for each individual month that school is in session. Another way one might use the table is to compare the amount of precipitation that a particular town receives each month during a particular fiscal year.
