    Find out how many revolutions it makes in 1 second.

    9/10 * 3 = 27/10 = 2.7

    Set up a proportion.

    There are 60 seconds in a minute.

    2.7/1 = x/60

    Cross multiply:

    x = 2.7 * 60

    x = 162

    So it will make 162 revolutions a minute.
