So first you have to find how much is vacant by subtracting 45600 and 38799

    45600-38799 = 6801

To find the percentage of the ocuupancy divide 38799 by 45600 to get about 0.85

You move the decimal two places to the right to make it a percent of 85%.

You would need 5% more to fill it 90%.

    To find 5 percent of 45600 multiply 45600 by 0.05 because 0.05 equals 5%.

    After multiplying you get 2280.

So, 6801 square feet is vacant

    85% is occupied

To make it 90% occupied you would need 2280 more square feet
