There is a bag filled with 3 blue and 5 red marbles.

A marble is taken at random from the bag, the colour is noted and then it is not replaced.

Another marble is taken at random.

What is the probability of getting at least 1 blue?

    It would be a 3 out of 7 chance. Altogether there are 8 marbles. The problem states that 1 marble was taken out of the bag, now making the total amount of marbles 7. There are only 3 blue marbles. So the answer is 3/7.
