At a certain altitude and time, a rocket's acceleration is 3.75 g. One gravity (g) is equivalent to 32.2 ft/s^2. What is the rocket's acceleration in meters per square second?

    G is The Acceleration of Gravity. It was learned in the previous part of this lesson that a free-falling object is an object that is falling under the sole influence of gravity. A free-falling object has an acceleration of 9.81 m/s^2, downward (on Earth). so 3.75g = 3.75 (9.81 m/s^2) = 36.79 m/s^2
