I think of a number, multiply it by 4, subtract 6 and then divide by 5. If the answer is 10, what is the original number?

    To find the answer do the opposite of the operations from the last number.

    10•5=50

    50+6=56

    56/4 = 14

    Therefore the original number is 14.
