If sin0 = 1/2, what is the cos 0, tan 0, and the angle?

    Use the special triangle 30-60-90 degrees which has side Hyp = 2, Opp = 1 and adj = sqrt3

    so sin O = opp/hyp = 1/2

    cos O = adj / hyp = sqrt3 / 2

    tan O = opp/adj = 1 / sqrt3 - or we could write this as sqrt3 / 3
