    Slope intercept form is y=mx+c

    6x-9y=-2

    Solve for y,

    -9y = - 6x - 2

    y = (6/9) x + (2/9)

    y = (2/3) x + (2/9)

    Hence, the slope intercept form of the equation is y = (2/3) x + (2/9)
