If I get 3% for my raise how much would that be

    The amount of the raise would be

    (the amount you make now) times (0.03).

    The amount you would make after the raise would be

    (the amount you make now) times (1.03).

    S*0.03=raise

    s would be your salary, multiplied by 3%, which in decimal form is 0.03. This gives you your raise.
