    y + 4 = - 9/10 (x + 6)

    y + 4 = - 9/10x - 54/10

    9/10x + y = - 54/10 - 4

    9/10x + y = - 54/10 - 40/10

    9/10x + y = - 94/10

    9x + 10y = - 94
