Which method can be used to find the product below?

11 x 7/10 (fraction, not dividing)

A. Since 7/10 can be written as 7 x 1/10, the product is equivalent to 11 + 7 + 1/10

B. Since 7/10 can be written as 10 x 1/7, the product is equivalent to 11 + 10 + 1/7

C. Since 7/10 can be written as 7 x 1/10, the product is equivalent to 11 x 7 x 1/10

D. Since 7/10 can be written as 10 x 1/7, the product is equivalent to 11 x 10 x 1/7

I think the answer is A or C, but I'm not 100% sure.
