    If 48=100%, then 30=x%.

    100%/x%=48/30

    Multiply both sides by x.

    (100/x) x = (48/30) x

    100=1.6x

    Divide both sides by 1.6.

    100/1.6=x

    62.5=x

    30 is 62.5% of 48
