    X^-m=1 / (x^m)

    y=6 / (x^4) is the equation

    if x is halves

    replace x with x/2

    y=6 / ((x/2) ^4)

    y=6 / ((x^4) / 16)

    y=6 / ((x^4) (1/16))

    y = ((6) (16)) / (x^4)

    y=16 (6 / (x^4))

    y increases by 16 times
