    Y intercept occurs when x = o so it is - 2 (0-3) + 4 = - 2

    x intercepts:-

    -2 (x - 3) ^2 + 4 = 0

    (x - 3) ^2 = - 4/-2 = 2

    x - 3 = + / - sqrt2

    x = 3 + sqrt2 and 3 - sqrt2
