    Now let's see 10 cents a text. 10x10 that's a dollar and her flat rate is $97 she wants to spend less than $113 so she has $16 she can use for text if u subtract the amount she wants to stay under and the flat rate so now it's simple multiply 16x. 10=160 so your answer is B
