Reduce 12/15
2/5h - 7 = 4/5h - 2h + 3
Multiply both sides by 5
2h - 35 = 4h - 10h + 15
Combine like terms
2h - 35 = - 6h + 15
Rearrange
2h + 6h = 15 + 35
Combine
8h = 50
Divide
h = 25/4
