    The ratio of the circumferences equals the ratio of the radii.

    so we need to find their radii

    first circle's radius:

    pir^2 = 6pi

    r = √6

    second circle's radius:

    pir^2 = 150pi

    r = √150

    Their ratio is

    √6 : √150 =

    √6 : √6√25 =

    √6 : 5√6 =

    1 : 5
