    Y = shoe rent (s) + cost of each game (B) times (x) number of games played total.

    they played 3 games total 1st the cost of $4each game. - - - > 4 times 3 = $12

    after those 3 games, the total cost was $12 without including the shoe rental.

    --->total charged minus cost of all games=shoe rental cost

    --->$14-$12=$2

    shoe rental=$2
