S is either 6/10, or 1.5/10, if you're looking for hald of 3/10 its 1.5/10, otherwise if you are finding s as a whole it is 6/10

1/2 times 3/10 = 15/10 is equivalent to 1 and 1/2 or 1 and 5/10
