Jacob multiplied 30 by 0.25 and got 7.5. Zane said that it was wrong because when you multiply two numbers the product is always greater than both of the numbers explain who is correct

    Jacob, when you multiply a whole number by a decimal you get a number smaller than the whole number you started off with.
