Two stores are having sales in the same shirt. The sale at store 1 Is 2 shirt for $22 and the sale at store 2 is Each $12.99 shirt is 10% off.

    Store 1 would be cheaper, Because its $11 per shirt. as Store 2 shirts are $11.69
