There are many. You must convert both into percents to make it easier. Do times 20 for the bottom of the fraction to reach 100 and times 20 at the top. This is 20 percent. Therefore, do the same thing for the other fraction 1/2, and you will get 50 percent. Therefore, it is a percent value that is higher than 20 percent but lower than 50 percent. One answer, for example would be 40 percent.
