Combine like terms to the simplest form. b^2+13b+2b+3-4

    The like terms include 13b and 2b and when you combine them you get 15b. 3 and - 4 are also like terms and when you combine them you get - 1. b^2 doesnt have any like terms so its the same. The final answer is b^2+15b-1
