0.45 kg of cornflour for each loaf of bread

    Step-by-step explanation:

    1.62 kg wheat flour = 6 loaves

    combined flour total is 4.32kg

    4.32 - 1.62 = total cornflour used = 2.7 kg for 6 loaves

    1 loaf = 2.7 / 6 = 0.45 kg for each loaf
