If one in every five sweets is a toffee, what proportion are chocolates.

    I'm guessing the rest are all chocolate? If so ...

    Subtract 1/5 from the total, 5/5.

    5/5 - 1/5 = 4/5

    4 of the 5 sweets are chocolate.
