Calculate the average speed of a bunny that hops 6 m in 2 minutes. Stops for 2 minutes to eat a flower. Then continue topping for another nine in 5 minutes. Round to the nearest hundreds.

    s1 = 6m / 2mins

    s1=3 m/s

    for speed 2

    s2 = distance / time

    s2=9m / 5mins

    s2=1.8 m/s

    so the average speed will be:

    s = s1 + s2

    s = 3 m/s + 1.8 m/s

    s = 4.8 m/s
