    x = the score needed to have an average of at least 80

    (75+82+90+84+71+x) / 6=> 80

    Multiply both sides by 6

    402 + x = 6 (80)

    x = > 480 - 402

    x = > 78 is the grade needed to get at least 80

    Maximum score on a test is 100.

    It is not possible to have an average score of 90 after the sixth test because none of the 5 scores are above 90

    Check

    (402 + 100) / 6 = 83.67

    Even with a 100 on the 6th test, the total score will not be 90
