The area of a rectangular field is 10092 sq meter. its length is three times as its width. Find it's perimeter

    Let the width be x

    if width = x

    length = 3x

    area=10092

    area=length x width

    10092=3x x x

    10092=3x²

    10092/3=x²

    3364=x²

    √3364=√x²

    x=58

    width=58m

    length=58x3

    =174m

    perimeter = 2 (L+W)

    =2 (174+58)

    =2 x 232

    =464m
