    So each batch makes 14 pieces

    and she need 8 dozen (dozen=12) so 8 dozen=8*12=96

    so 14 pieces per batch

    needs 96 pieces

    x=number of batches

    14 times x=96

    14x=96

    divide both sides by 14

    x=96/14

    96/14 = aprox 6.86

    but you normally can't make a fraction of a batch so she need to make 7 batches at the least
