    x² + 10x + 25 + y² - 14y - 49 = 0

    x² + 10x + 25 + y² - 14y + 49 = 47 + 25 + 49

    x² + 10x + 25 + y² - 14y + 49 = 121

    (x + 5) ² + (y - 7) ² = 121
