    7/13

    Step-by-step explanation:

First we gotta add the numbers of balls there is:

    3+4+6 = 13

So we got 13 balls, how many are NOT white?

    3 green balls + 4 red balls = 7 balls in total

That means 7/13 probability that the ball will not be white
