Jeff bought a bottle of water for$2. He also bought some hot dogs for $3 each. Jeff did not spend more than $14 on the hot dogs and the bottle of water. How many hot dogs could Jeff have bought.

    4*3 = 12 and then the 2$ so he could have bought 4 hot dogs and 1 water

    12/3=4 Jeff could have bought 4 hot dogs
