It can be factored nicely by grouping the x-terms separately from the others.

    = 4xy - 6x - 2y^2 + 3y

    = 2x (2y - 3) - y (2y - 3)

    = (2x - y) (2y - 3)

    3y - 6x + 4xy - 2y^2

    = 4xy - 2y^2 - 6x + 3y

    = (4xy - 2y^2) - (6x - 3y)

    = 2y (2x - y) - 3 (2x - y)

    = (2x - y) (2y - 3)
