Answer: The paper going to cost $16.31 for those reports.

    Step-by-step explanation:

Given, the length of a long year-end status report for work = 144

If we ned to print 16 copies for a meeting next week, the total number of pages required = 16 * 144

    = 2304

Since, the paper is sold in reams of 500 pages = $3.54

Then, cost of one page = (Cost of a ream of 500 pages) : 500

    = $3.54 : 500

    = $ 0.00708

Cost of total number of pages required = 2304x (cost of one page)

    = 2304 x ($ 0.00708)

    = $ 16.31232 ≈ $16.31

Hence, the paper going to cost $16.31 for those reports.
