In 2007 the u. s population was 302 million people. In 2012 it was 314 million people. What was the rate of population change per year

    There is a five year difference and and a 12 million people difference so if you divide 12 million by 5 you get the answer 2,400,000 per year increase in population

    314 - 302 / 6years = 12/6 = 2/7

    2million people / 1 year
