Measure of an angle is - 405°:

    - 405° = - 360° - 45°

So this is the same angle as - 45°.

    360° - 45° = 315°

and the angles that measures from 270° to 360° are in the IV Quadrant.

    Answer:

The terminal side of the angle falls in the Forth (IV) Quadrant.
