In the game rock-paper-scissors, each of two participants makes a hand gesture representing a rock, paper, or a pair of scissors. Rock beats scissors, paper beats rock, and scissors beats paper. If Bobby and Leah are playing the game, and if each player chooses his or her hand gesture randomly, what is the probability that Bobby chooses paper and wins?

If Bobby were to choose rock (for example) there would be a 33.333 ... % chance of him winning because Leah could either choose paper or scissors. (If she were to choose rock also, it would be a tie, neither would win).
