    6 + 3 (x - 5) - (x + 3) =

it is best to simplify the expression

    6 + 3x - 15 - x - 3 =

    2x + 6 - 18 =

    2x - 12 =

Now we put the value of x = - 4

    2 * (-4) - 12 = - 8 - 12 = - 20

    2. way

    6 + 3 * (x - 5) - (x + 3)

    immediately we insert a value of x = - 4

    6 + 3 * (-4 - 5) - (-4 + 3) =

    6 + 3 * (-9) - (-1) =

    6 - 27 + 1 = - 27 + 7 = - 20

    Aswer D : - 20
