Cooper and his brother collect baseball cards. Cooper has 27 baseball cards in his collection and gets 11 every month. Bradley has 42 baseball cards and gets 6 every month. when will Cooper and Bradley have the same number of cards? Write an equation.

    The answer is Three months (3). If you do 27 + 11 (3) it = 60, and when you do 42+6 (3) = 60. So at three months both Cooper and Bradley will have the same number of cards. The equation for this example would be 42+6x=27+11x.
