Your problem can be solved a couple of ways depending on if the entire thing is over 3 or if only the 6 is over 3. I can do both.

(32 + (8 - 2) x 4 - 6) / 3 - - > (32 + 6 x 4 - 6) / 3 - - > (32 + 24 - 6) / 3 - - > (56 - 6) / 3 = 50/3 or approximately 16.6667.

OR

32 + (8 - 2) x 4 - 6/3 - - > 32 + 6 x 4 - 2 - - > 32 + 24 - 2 = 56 + 2 = 58.
