Rational numbers are numbers that can be written as a fraction.
1.5/7.5 = 0.2
0.2 can be written as a fraction as 1/5.
So 1.5/7.5 is a rational number.

1.5/7.5 is the ratio of 15 to 75. It's also the ratio of 1 to 5. Every number that you can write down completely with digits is rational.
